When you don't know what to do next, change what you're doing too often or you don’t stay with a plan long enough to see what it produces, both your horse and you stay stuck in this cycle of struggle and frustration. And even when you’re trying to do the right thing, it’s easy to miss important details or stay stuck without another set of experienced eyes on the work.
Kathleen’s teaching is grounded in classical horsemanship principles and decades of experience helping riders like you develop better judgment, timing, and responsibility, not dependence on instruction.
This is not a course, and it’s not generic horsemanship instruction. It’s private coaching catered specifically to your goals, your situations, and your horse, while remaining grounded in horsemanship values that prioritize the horse, personal responsibility, and thoughtful decision-making.

• Value clear, honest feedback over just being told what they want to hear
• Want to feel safer and more confident knowing they are putting their horse's best interest and well being at the forefront while working with them
• Want to clearly understand when to apply pressure, when to soften, and when to stay steady instead of second-guessing every decision
• Are willing to examine their own timing, consistency, and habits as part of the training conversation
• Believe good horsemanship requires patience, consistency, and fair follow-through
• Are committed to doing the work between sessions, not just waiting for answers
Investment & Commitment
This coaching is intentionally limited to three women at a time to preserve the quality, depth, and continuity of the work.
Both options include the same level of access and coaching, the difference is the length of commitment and the depth of progress it supports.
This option is best for women who want to begin the work with flexibility while staying engaged in the coaching process month to month.
This option is for women who are ready to commit to the process. A six-month commitment supports consistency, follow-through, and steady progress, giving both horse and rider the time needed for patterns to become clear and changes to take hold.
