Mindset & Horsemanship Retreat with Kathleen Beckham & Julie O’Connor

April 6 – 10, 2026 • Molena, Georgia

Learn a Horse-centered approach to foundational skills for a lifetime of success

A five-day immersive retreat designed to reconnect your mindset and your horsemanship in a deeply personal and practical way.

So many horsemen and horsewomen recognize that their greatest obstacle in the arena isn’t their horse, it’s themselves. They feel the tension, the self-doubt, the hesitation that shows up right when they need connection and confidence most.

This retreat is built to help you bridge that gap.

Join Kathleen Beckham and Julie O’Connor at the beautiful Ethos Equine farm in Molena, Georgia, for a transformative experience that blends inner work with horsemanship. Through daily horse sessions, group workshops, and time for reflection, you’ll learn how to bring awareness, clarity, and kindness to your internal dialogue while refining your communication with your horse.

The result is a grounded, peaceful confidence that carries into every aspect of your horsemanship and your life.

What You'll Experience:

What Previous Participants Have To Say

"Kathleen is patient, aware, intuitive, and open-minded. She is honest and dedicated to getting this horse-stuff right. She challenges herself and all of the people she works with to do right by the horse while, safely, pushing people beyond their comfort zone. Kathleen finds the good and the try, and cultivates that in all horses and horsemen. "

- David
